How Loop's legal team gets urgent contracts back the same day

Loop's in-house lawyers keep the strategic work. The urgent, deadline-driven contracts go to Falcon over Slack and come back reviewed in a median of 5 hours.

About Loop

Loop Earplugs makes earplugs for concerts, sleep and focus. The company is based in Belgium and sells worldwide, working with agencies, suppliers, festivals and creators across Europe, the US and Asia.

The problem

Loop works with festivals, sponsors and creators, and those deals often land last minute. The contract has to be signed before the event, so there's nearly always a deadline behind it. Add a steady stream of SOWs and supplier terms, and urgent work keeps pulling senior lawyers away from compliance and the contracts that shape the business.

How Falcon fixed it

When something can't wait, Loop's team tags Falcon in a shared Slack channel. Falcon works as a second pair of hands: we review and draft against Loop's own playbooks, and a Falcon lawyer checks every change before it goes back. We keep enriching those playbooks with every contract, so each review fits Loop a bit better. Falcon also rebuilt Loop's MSA and SOW templates.

In Loop's own words

“I, and also my team, see Falcon as a team member. It doesn’t feel like using a tool. Not at all.”
Terese HendrickxHead of Legal, Loop Earplugs
“I don’t have to put much effort anymore into urgent but not strategic work. I can put my work in the bigger projects that matter for Loop.”
Stéphanie LiebaertSenior Legal Counsel, Loop Earplugs
“Falcon has that extra set of eyes, from the angle of a lawyer. That’s definitely the added value.”

Your team keeps the strategic work. We take the urgent pile.
