Membership is free, but curated
Apply or come in on a member's invite. Every application is read by a human, and you hear back either way. Twenty seats is a room where people actually talk.
- 01Founder or co-founder of a venture-backed or revenue-generating company.
- 02Past the idea stage: a team, customers, and decisions with consequences.
- 03Willing to tell the unflattering version of your story, not the deck version.
- 04Able to get to Ghent, Brussels or Antwerp on a Thursday evening.
- 05Being a Falcon client helps. It is not required.

Peak Hours is hosted by Falcon. No ticket, no sponsor slot, nobody pitching you from a stage.
Questions
- Do I have to be a Falcon client?
- No. Clients get first refusal on seats, everyone else applies the same way.
- Is the activity optional?
- Always. Stay for the talk, sit out the skydive. Nobody is pushed (out of a plane).
- How often do sessions happen?
- Roughly monthly, Thursday evenings, in Ghent, Brussels and Antwerp.
- Can I speak at a Peak Hour?
- Yes. Tell us the problem you solved in the application and we'll come back to you.
- Can I bring someone?
- Members can nominate one founder per session. Send us their name.
- Is anything recorded?
- No. That's why people tell you the real numbers.
