Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our services, please first contact the lawyer responsible for your matter. If the issue cannot be resolved with them, you can send a written complaint to Falcon's management at hello@falcon.law. If the complaint remains unresolved, you can contact the President (stafhouder) of the Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar. More information on the complaints procedure is available on the Bar's website.
In addition, the Belgian Bar associations offer a non-judicial dispute resolution procedure for unresolved consumer complaints about the quality of service or fees. For lawyers who are members of the Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar, this is the Ombudsdienst Consumentengeschillen Advocatuur (oca.ligeca.be).
